These terms apply to your use of the instloop.com website. The INSTloop application itself is supplied under its own licence terms, which are provided with the software; if they conflict with these terms, the licence terms govern the software.

1. The website

The site describes INSTloop and how to request a trial. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time. Product descriptions are for information and are not an offer; features may change between versions.

2. Engineering disclaimer

INSTloop is a design aid for qualified engineers. It does not replace engineering judgement, the review and approval of a responsible engineer, or the data and calculations of equipment vendors. Results depend on the data entered and on assumptions that must be checked. You are responsible for verifying every result and document before it is issued or used for design, procurement, construction or operation. Screenshots and examples on this site show a fictional project and are for illustration only.

3. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, graphics, screenshots and the INSTloop name and logo, belongs to us. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of INSTloop. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

4. Trademarks and standards

INSTloop and the INSTloop logo are our trade names. Names of standards and standards bodies, including IEC, ISO, API, ASME and EN, are used only to identify the methods followed. Those standards and marks belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them. INSTloop does not reproduce the text of any standard; you need your own copies where required.

5. No warranty

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is accurate, complete or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Links

We are not responsible for the content of websites we link to.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which INSTloop is established, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
